Refund policy

At Solara Art Studio, we want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we offer a 14-Day Return Policy for defective or unsatisfactory items. Please read the full policy below before requesting a return.


🛒 How to Request a Return

If you received a damaged or faulty item, please email us at:

Include the following details in your message:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos or a short video showing the problem

We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

⚠️ Important: Do not send your item to the address on the package. Returns must first be approved by our customer service team and sent to the designated return address provided in our reply.


Return Eligibility

You may return an item if:

  • It is within 14 days of delivery

  • It is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached

  • It has one of the following issues:

    • Stains

    • Broken zipper

    • Rips or tears

    • Poor material quality

    • Major color difference

    • Significant difference from the product photo


Non-Returnable Items

  • Promotional or discounted items

  • Items returned after 14 days

  • Items damaged due to improper use or worn condition

  • Returns due to wrong size or personal preference


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 1–8 business days to your original payment method.


🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to order a different item, please return your current item and place a new order through our website.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) packages will not be accepted.

  • Please do not require a signature on delivery.

  • Once shipped, please email us the tracking number for reference.


Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card provider.

  3. Reach out to your bank — processing times can vary.
